If you want 19-21yo girls you gotta be cool. If your title is true, no problem. Else....I suggest that you have youthful looks, money to take them out, knowledge on topics they like that they have not yet acquired and a good brush of confidence and wit. That should secure you any 19-21yo girl looking for a suitor your age and gender.

the good news is that each 19 to 21 year old is an individual human being who will be attracted to different types of men, so you don't have to worry about being anything in particular to attract them. what i mean is that some of them like long haired hippie-style older men, some like sexy nerdy types, some like clean cut boyish churchy fellows, some are demiromantic and highly individual in their tastes, etc. there are as many tastes as there are people!

the bad news is that women in the 19 to 21 age group are part of the most highly sought after age group for dating. so it isn't just 19 to 21 year old men who want to date them, but it is also the 22 to 50+ year old men with their sights set on those women. and there aren't enough of those women for every one of those men to get one.

So does that mean after 21 these woman lose their desirability status?

Sounds like the older woman have less competition to me.
