I would also go with what Bluemax says for sure.

Knowing that someone is happy to have me in their life through small little things like texting me in the morning just to say "have a good day" helps bring a smile to my face to.

Aspiemike, would you tell her it made you happy, or would you just assume she knew? I think that people can take those things for granted and then the one doing them just doesn't bother.
