Apple- Don't worry. I'll probably be back. People are suggesting breaks & whatnot. I think maybe I'll be back after some downtime & just avoid stuff that's too much for me. :) I'm not religiously oriented, but I know it can be hard for people who are. Society wants everyone to be the same. It is frequently uncomfortable when someone has a different faith or a different code of ethics that doesn't mesh well with its own. Worse yet, to have passion about anything others aren't also passionate about can make you strange in their eyes, and it can make them want to change you. But, it's great to just be yourself anyway, the way you are doing, & let them deal with it. I bet you are superstrong, dealing with AS & also having a faith that many people seem unable to accept. I thought of you today & hope what people were saying didn't get to you too much. I read your thoughts in one of the threads about the kind of marriage & relationship you are looking for. I think you have great ideas and that you will find tremendous happiness in your life. It is very helpful to know what you want & keep going after it. I hope you never change. :)

I'll be back, though I'm sure. I just have been on the computer too much. I'm overstimulated. This is actually a lot more social than I thought it would be! Kind of like a party that goes on even longer than the usual ones. lol I'm tired! :) Also, I have been neglecting my interests & just can't take it anymore. haha Thank you, my friend. :)

MXH- No, probably not. :) I used to spend summers in Ft. Lauderdale when I was a kid. Hey, I'm sure you probably know this already, but the Space Coast is Aspie Central from what I hear. There is a thread somewhere- "Where are you located" maybe, something like that. It has a map & FL is loaded. I don't know if you travel much or what you're into, but you might meet some pretty cool people if you check it out.

Thank you all.

I am sorry to anybody I have harmed, disheartened, alienated, &/or bored. My intentions were quite good, really.

I am sorry, also if I don't respond to something. It isn't that I ignored something interesting, well thought-out funny or clever, just that I need to go now.

I sincerely wish you all the best in your lives. :)

Ok, That's cool

Look, of course I don't really give up. I think this is a place for people to vent as well. I mean hey, my neighbour's friend kept smiling at me yesterday...I think he likes me.

What? I don't know what happened.

I really enjoy your posts. You are smart and have integrity and are not afraid to speak up on important issues. Please don't leave the forum. Of course if you still want to, you should do what you feel is best for yourself.

Moonrise, WrongPlanet is a huge place. There are other forums. Maybe consider taking a break from L&D and check out the other boards before you leave :)

I honestly only saw your posts for the first time about 2 or 3 days ago and found them all very interesting and to the point ( I love that). I understand this may not be 'the thing' for you but do hope you may come back from time to time. I check these forums about once a week only.. perhaps you could try that too?

As we say in my homeland: May life be gentle on you!

Thanks! I really enjoyed your posts as well, actually. :) I have a lot of respect for your thought process. I think I just spent more time than I should've on it. I'm supposed to limit computer time to avoid seizures & migraines. I did get a little confused about when people were joking or not & did maybe take things to heart a little, but it really is just too much computer time. It's interesting, so moderation went right out the window! I think I'll try a break, then only get on here if I feel really fantastic in the first place. lol Take care!

Yay! That was my hope. I just want you to have what you want the most... not 2nd most. :) & on the forum I'm hearing that making the first move does work in a lot of cases... so... it looks like if you find the right person, he'll be glad you aren't playing games!

I hope you're not leaving because of our disagreements.

I disagree with everyone lol.
