Honestly I think it might be the hairstyle.

Your face has strong eyebrow/eyes and the very short hair (almost buzzcut) just projects them as the sole focus of attention and that can be intimidating as a first impression.

I may be wrong but it wouldn't hurt to try leaving your hair longer.

I don't know, some ladies like aggressive looking men that are just normal good guys.

Those were just mean catty girls, ignore them. You look fine, not creepy at all.
I've had those type girls roll their eyes at me,most likely what I had on was not what they considered "stylish."

You might be an uncut diamond. For an aspie to succeed at dating, being above average in looks is probably essential. Gain some muscle mass, dress in fashionable (but no necessarily expensive) clothes and maintain a good hygiene. :) Learn to fake confidence as well.

A sport coat with a fedora and a blue plaid dress shirt underneath that, jeans, steel toed formal boots (leather), a good hair cut, and nicely trimmed mutton chops. That would be my outfit if impressing ladies.

I agree with letting your hair grow a bit longer.

Also, try doing some focused shoulder workouts.

Will they get wider when I use weights? Or will they just get ripped and stay the same size?

I own a pair of these types: http://www.buydirect4u.co.uk/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/800x/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/2/0/20kg_dumbbell_set.jpg

A v-shape is built by working your lats, not your shoulders. However, you'll still benefit from shoulder exercises (seated shoulder press is my favourite).

Ignore those idiots (if they were trying to be jerks). You look nice in your pictures and probably nicer in person.

You look normal to me, not at all creepy. Like other people are saying, those girls were probably just jerks.

So far nobody has suggested the obvious answer: THEY THOUGHT YOU WERE A FAMOUS MOVIE STAR OR MUSICIAN whom they never expected to see in Real Life. You are lucky they didn't ask for an autograph. :)

P.S. You look remarkably like a guy who asked a similar question with similar photo about six weeks ago. You aren't playing games with us, are you?

This actually got me thinking, is it usual for a guy who is slim and gets zillions of (probably false) compliments from people about his good looks without asking for it, to be seen as a creepy alien monster by some females?

This is a recent picture of me:

I was wondering if it was because my long neck, narrow shoulders or feminine looks?

You look like a normal person. In fact I would say you are above average (a 6 out of 10). The only thing really unaesthetic about you appearance is your thin hair, larger then average forehead and high hair line. But again this is coming from me who hyper analyzes peoples faces so it's not something a normal person would notice right away.

Well I suffer from the "moonface" syndrome when you look at me directly and my hair is thin as it's actually all falling out because I'm balding (this is a genetic trait, from my mother's side all my uncles are currently bald).

Also when you see my face from a side viewpoint, you'll notice I have a bird-face, which is another complex of mine. xD

Even though there is result, I'm still not satisfied by it at all, so I'm gonna keep on going till I die if it's up to me.

The girls could have been doing that to everyone they saw that day as a prank.

Just a thought - my son when he was younger bragged about girls checking him out all day.
I pointed out his fly was undone & he was flashing his Marvin the Martian boxers.

Did you check yours?
