I don't think so but I'm also not willing to settle for any woman who has noticeably less market value than I do.

It's better to remain neutral than go negative in a transaction.

I agree. You're an Alpha, and yet most NTs and some ASDs are willfully blind to the fact.

And the bad vibes an ex can send around you can cause petty feuds. A woman who doesn't treat like you an Alpha is a toxic asset, a liability in disguise!

Seven years ago, I have ranted AGAINST being in a relationship in a very angry manner; its probably in a post somewhere, but now, perhaps someday, I would be interested in one. I'm content being single. Of course I get lonely often, as part of me wants to be with a woman for a relationship; however, I am not ready to burden her with that. I am poor, and not totally independent yet. I am learning how to clean (e.g. vacuuming is easy now, but dusting and windexing is difficult). I have begun to learn how to cook a couple of side dishes. When I master how to do basic cooking, cleaning and get a full time job, then I will have something to offer to the dating world. I do love the freedom of being single, as it gives me time to study and life my life the way I want to. Is anyone else in the same boat as me?

"Single and proud (kinda)" describes me perfectly... Part of me wants to be in a relationship, and part of me doesn't. Sometimes I think about how cool it would be, and I have a feeling that some day I will end up in one. But at the same time, I have a hard time realistically picturing myself living with a partner like that and being happy. I need a lot of space and time alone, and I just can't imagine anyone being able to understand that.
