men and women have different tactics to cope with situations

men work more with competition to achieve results, having hierarchy to know who gets most of the benefits

women do that with working together and sharing evenly

that creates lots of friction between the two fractions

but it is a social system to ensure that things get done in the most effective manner

if you want to change something, than you have to take in account that you can't change most of the self-regulating-social functions - they will remain so.

example: that parents care for their children. (that is a positive thing, but there a lots of negative occurences that you can't change from the outside - people have to change that by themselves.)

example: women complain that the get less wages for the same work as men.

why do men get more?

because they ask for raises and leave if they don't get any.

so, if you are unsatisfied with your wage, go see your boss about it.

don't wait for society to step up for your rights. aks for a raise and leave if you don't get any.
