Nope, it's the fact that you have to ask strangers on the internet if you're attractive.
lol.
And to the op - I doubt it. If you have aspergers it's probably your social skills.
Males and females have separate packs because they feel awkward around each other so no, it's not the social skills.
What are you talking about?

I gave it a thought to what he said and you know what? He's absolutely right, females and males really live in separate packs. For example, the things and the way guys talk in a guys-only gathering is totally different than the way they talk in a gathering with female presence, in males-only gathering guys typically use unnecessary insults in casual talk ie. "Wow this so f*****g awesome, you lucky Motherf***er!" - but this totally changes once a female is present, unless she's one of those tomboy guys' girls who themselves struggle in dating and often not seen as dating material.
And guys always keep "secrets" away from girls, like for example in a gym setting guys would openly share 'gym secrets' such as muscle products, cycles, chemicals....those same guys never talk about these stuff in front of girls probably because they prefer to keep them thinking their bodies are the result of hard work only. There are countless of examples that indicate we live in separate packs; and I am sure girls talk about things that they would never talk about in front of a male presence as well; there's a degree of mutual constant fakeness between the genders when they communicate.

This is true, especially among the higher educated (university) type of people I've noticed, which is ironic to say at least.
I think it's partly sexism-fueled too, coming from both sides.

There are people who can "own" that fakeness and get dates anyway and people who can't. So it's still the social skills. The fact they act differently around each other than to their like gendered counterparts is not relevant at all. Social skills still apply between genders.

True that, I was just talking about the packs thing.
