Gouda, Brie, Munster, Provolone, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Colby. Jack, Swiss, Edam, Parmesan, Romano, Feta. The ones I hate are the heavily aged cheeses (except Parmesan and Romano of course).
Some Gouda, Brie, and Edam on Garlic & Olive Oil (or Sea Salt can't remember) Triscuits with a nice bottle of Red Wine with Lemon Pepper Venison and Baby Red Potatoes would do for a romantic dinner. But I am in agreement. I've been away for 5 weeks and these joke threads are still around.
