To the OP: You're 15 which means your body/mind are going through all kinds of wild changes. Leave this obsession alone. In a few months and you'll find a new obsession that doesn't involve relatives, I guarantee it.
Besides, think of it this way-- relationships are hard work, and family is frustrating add them together and you get something that's hard work, frustrating, and now also awkward. Not a very good mix.
