I dunno about that- if she already knows him then the only reason it would make a difference is if she's too chicken to turn him down to his face. I'm sure he would rather that wasn't the only reason she said yes.

I'm sorry man. One bit of advice is if you're not going to ask her in person DO IT OVER THE PHONE (unless you can't). Just based off what I've heard most girls only will say yes if asked in person or on the phone (albeit with nobody around). hope my post helped.
