I like it. Different types look good on different girls. Also, there is evening makeup and day makeup. You woudn't want to walk around at work all day or go to the grocery store at lunch time wearing heavy eye makeup that you would wear for a date to go out to a club or something. Just like what clothes to wear, there is makeup for different occasions and times.

I don't think it looks good on guys. Maybe a little bit of eyeliner at the lash line or Indian guys (from India and Pakistan, not American Indian) look good with Kohl eyeliner I think. But I don't like the late 80's punk eyeliner look on guys.

I do different eye looks depending on what my mood is or what I'm wearing that day. There are lots of YouTube tutorials that show you how to do it. It's really easy once you learn the basic technique.

Yeah, there was a girl at my high school who I thought looked pretty cute, and one day she came to school with a really short buzz cut, eyeliner with that little hook on the sides of her eye that seems to be a fad nowadays, and I thought, "What did you just do to yourself? How do people think this looks good?".
Well, I guess everyone has different tastes, and I'm in the minority.
