Semi arranged marriages still exists in some area of my region, but the girl usually has the last word.

Exactly and maybe she’d find she likes me but with our arranged dates or marriages would never given me time of day.
I strongly believe there’s more to relationships then a business agreeement between to people

I wouldn't like my parents to arrange my marriage. They are nice, smart and decent, I'm sure they wouldn't show any ill will – but the ex-boyfriend my mother approved the most was nice, from a decent family, physically attractive to me – but so painfully normal and hoping I would become more normal over time :/

That would be a disaster.

Not coming to the extremes of a homeless duke (never met anyone close to the description) – I would definitely prefer a finincially struggling researcher over a billionaire with no intellectual ambitions.

Hmm, is this really true? I served my children vitamin K from healthy food every day. We eat fish and all green veg and my youngest still has a narrow mouth with crooked teeth and overbite. Nothing to do with lack of vitamin K. Most of his friends lived on rubbish food and they don’t have narrow faces or jaws and no crooked teeth.
