Only so much you can do if your don't have the right structure.
Work out, sure.
Bit harder to change your facial features, or height or build.

Do you think they just have a broader spectrum of what they find attractive?

Lets see:
* Personality (Girly-girl or mom type)
* Income
* Zipcode (High class area, countryside)
* What car they drive (Ferarri for example)
* Body fitness (round butt, average, slim)
* Size of bodypart (boobs)
* Age (Younger, same age, older)
* Clothes they wear (Converse vs Addidas)
* Specific social group (i.e. a gamer girl, hikers, metalheads)
* Lifegoals / ambition
* If they go traveling or if they like "netflix and chill".

The list could probably be expanded a few hundred points. Physical attractiveness isn't everything. I've seen guys that look like total trash date young cute girls, and i wonder if they hit her in the head with a cudgel or if she have some problems up there already...

Due to their broader spectrum, did they find this woman attractive from the very beginning?

Depends on the factor above. Someone who is emotionally insecure (nerd type) would find a woman with a mommys personality comforting right away. Someone who is into having a rich woman would be friends with someone until their financial status would be revealed.

Never - ever try to understand love.

Yes, most people, especially men, seem to have a broader spectrum of members of the opposite sex that they find attractive. I read somewhere an interesting piece of analysis by some psychologist who stated that men's attraction to women is based on "either-or", while women's attraction to men is based on "both-and". In this sense, I'd fall into the latter category. I only think maybe a couple of percent of women I meet on a day to day basis would be compatible with me, if that.

Yes. Guys will date a wide spectrum of girls while girls are mostly attracted to the same type (tall, muscular, sharp features, protruding bones, big chiseled jaw, lean, etc..)

and if you dont look that type, you're out of luck. Your only hope is that some girl will be desperate enough to put up with you rather than being alone or being someones side girl.

Its harsh but there are studies confirming this

Other than being on the spectrum I think being ugly is another major reason why Im still a virgin

You've been reported twice for promoting this incel/redpill ideology which you said you've left behind?
