Try melatonin

Funny story, I tried a pill of Melatonin, a cup of tea with two chamomile and peppermint tea bags in, and an antihistamine to knock me the f out, and still didnt work lol
My doc prescribed melatonin to help me sleep while traveling. I tried it1ce & I slept awful. I kept waking up & tossing & turning. I also felt really hungover the next day. I wish I could get a sedating benzo prescribed for very occasional use.

I have sleep problems and frequently get up in the night and move to the couch. At first my husband didn't like it, but he now understands that sometimes I just have to be by myself and he is ok with it. Our entire house is only 650 sq ft, so it's not like I am that far away. I think some of these things just take time to work out and grow comfortable with each other.
