Humans are mammals. As such sex is a near-universal human need, not only as a biological imperative, but as an essential emotional need as Harlow's monkeys demonstrated. Disability and old age doesn't change that.

Nope....and they have the right to seek satisfaction (not entitled TO the satisfaction---let me emphasize that).

If I'm an 80-year-old man with autism, get aroused, and there's no one around to satisfy me, I'd just take the bull by the horns....
