physical strength is not the whole equation here, in my experience the psychos could see my MENTAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL weakness from a mile away and homed in on that even when i was more than a head taller than them.

You could always abandon that whole idea of attractiveness and go for the skinny, wasted rock star look instead. Much easier to maintain and also sexier, IMO.

You do not have to look muscular to look attractive.

I have a chubby physique and my NT girlfriend is okay with it!

This is a pretty complex topic.

1) Different people will find different things attractive, so no one thing is necessary.

2) Most people are more attracted to fit looking individuals. Now definition of fit varies, but basically look more like a jogger than a powerlifter.

3) Regardless of your physical attraction level there are people out there willing to date you. Being attractive makes it easier, but that is all.

4) Most autistics romantic struggles are not due to their physical appearance. Its usually a combination of not being able to navigate social encounters and/or not having status.
