Though i don't celebrate Valentine's Day specifically...I do stock-up on cards to give out through the course of the year...(I white-out any "Valentine" reference; otherwise, i absolutely love the romantic messages, especially the funny ones)...
This year, i already have a few 1 dollar cards from Dollar Tree from which to choose to gift to my beloved (Aspie) husband tomorrow...Tomorrow will be our second wedding anniversary...
And these last few days, i have been reflecting on specific reasons why i love him...This way, i can personalize the card that i will gift him...
By the way, my husband recently took advantage of all related-merchandise available at our local WalMart...He bought me a teddy bear, a heart-shaped box of chocolates, and a bunch of carnation flowers...Most importantly, he gave these to me JUST BECAUSE, which makes his kind gesture even more significant in sentimental value to me...
My husband has been working so much lately, that i decided not to plan anything for our special occasion...He will be working...I am just grateful that we are relatively healthy during this pandemic, and that we are still together...This is most important to me...If he has a few minutes for me, then that will be a plus...
