Wow...here I thought I just looked hot or something and she was likely scamming me? Dang...I feel bad now. What was weird was that my comment while she was talking to the other guy was and impulsive interruption and didn't mean anything. I was just dumbfounded and had no idea what to say. I was never interested. Being hot is one thing, but I prefer intelligence and actually like a bit of a challenge too. Oh well, I hadn't had an encounter like that since I was in college. It was fun coming back and seeing all of the responses.

She may well have thought you were hot.

We're just suspicious aspies.

Either way, you still responded well.

Just a question here, but do you regularly approach women on your own?

Other possibilities: It was a dare, or she was on ecstacy. Or maybe she was just trying to be a rebel. I wouldn't brood on it; I'm sure it has nothing to do with your personality.

Trigger11,
I think you handled the situation perfectly.
If you see that girl again, just avoid her and keep as relaxed as possible.
Just don't worry & be yourself.

Uh...never. I just impulsively interrupted her conversation with that other dude. No intent on my part, which is why it was so weird.

Since that is a bit rude, she was likely dicking around w/ j00.

I think I'll go with the idea that she thought I was soooo hot, she just had to have me right there. The other ideas are interesting, but this one boosts my self-esteem much more. :P

She was obviously the troll. I would have turned away and ignored her. If that was really happening, she was just a bully who was angry because you broke into their conversation.

I agree. She was just being silly.

Why so much negativity?

I'd say you should just say that you prefer long term relationship. We should talk first. Watch movie together. You don't just f**k anyone.

I mean, c'mon. She may really mean it.

And she's a college student.

Pregnancy is not something you necessarily should fear. There is paternity tests to show whether the child is yours or not. If it is. Well, don't you want to have a heir?

And if one is by nature a gloomy and serious misanthrope then we have a contradiction between those two points.

That is a matter of perspective you fool. On the subject of pretending to be someone your not, I tried pretending to not be an autism person and it was a train wreck. Lots of drugs and drinking. Reckless behavior that feels like I'm gambling with my life. Also the vicious circle of sexual desire that I pretended to have by hanging out with friends that got girls. I was hoping that by hanging out with them something would eventually click but it actually did the opposite in the long run. I'm still a 22 year old attractive virgin with money as well.

Live your life responsible and without regrets. In my eyes you did a good thing and are a civilized individual.
