If you’re consuming 1300 calories a day and still obese at 300lbs it’s not your caloric intake that’s the problem, it’s your caloric burn rate - or lack of it.
You need to get in motion and burn more calories than you ingest in order to depleted stored energy. (Burn fat.) No need for anything drastic like hours in a gym pumping iron, as quick paced walking is one of the best fat burning exercises.
Walk it off, as they say. Being sedentary isn’t doing you any favours.
