If you're in the US, try to get a recent edition. For decades, the US edition left out chapter 21, as did the movie. Best to not be missing the ending.

Is it just me? Or has anyone else noticed that Aspies seem to have a lot of problems getting along with and relating to the opposite sex..........

I just saw a portion of the movie, years ago, and it seemed quite interesting although as I didn't see the beginning I failed to understand it, and I saw the guy as 'The victim'.

Give it another shot. My favourite movie of all time.

My wife's too. :P

Apparently, her step dad took her
mother to it, on a first date though.

I think I have MORE trouble with the
same sex. I'm more willing to pay
attention to females than males,
in many ways.

Ah, but she didn't complain about sexism, she complained about the locking of a thread deemed sexist. Very different thing. You two might see eye to eye on that particular subject.

I do have more trouble with the same sex, despite the fact that my best friends are guys. I suppose this is because guys don't seem to talk as much, so it's even more difficult to get a conversation going. (Disclaimer: In all honesty, I do not mean any offense to any sex. I am simply stating facts based on my observations. I harbor no ill feelings for either sex).
