This proves that girls are more shallow than boys. Yup, guys win.

How does it prove it?

A singular opinion cannot be applied to the whole.

Yes. Also, being turned on by attractive members of whatever sex you find attractive does not make a person shallow.

Heh, that's one major thing that was wrong with my marriage: we were two Aspies who hadn't heard of Asperger's Syndrome!
So, there we were, wondering why relating to each other seemed so hard sometimes, yet so easy other times. We were both a little bizarre in ways we couldn't explain -- in ways that are now explained by the descriptions of having AS.

According to studies, it just makes them good breeders. It's in our instincts to prefer beautiful people, and that perference is not "shallow". What is shallow is elevating beauty beyond that which it is. It has importance, but it's not infinitely important in mate selection.

Personally, I'm turned on by a Christian girl who has a strong belief in and love for God. :D There's nothing like being with a woman who has true joy in her heart! They're darn hard to find, tough.

if you are turned on very well by a hot guy that doesn't mean that you are able to turn on the hot guy...maybe not even an average guy ;) .

In no way whatsoever. ;)

It's simply how God designed people.

This thread's getting a bit off topic. Let's let the lovely Aspie ladies here talk again about what they think about Aspie men, shall we?

I am looking for an aspie/autie man, and I think I would be quite happy with him. Although, I have previously gone on dates with aspies, although two that I am specifically thinking of, at first were nice, then they just got really mean. I don't think that it was aspieness that caused the meanness, i think they each had other mental problems. One of them actually stalked me, after I ended the situation, he was military, too. The other became very condesending to me, telling me I had things wrong with me because I didn't do things the way he did. In my life, I believe I have dated around 6 aspie men. None of them had a clue on what a women needs sexually, they were extremely selfish lovers. They didn't really do anything to make me feel special, and they were very insulting to me. When I would say "no" to things, it seemed to translate into, "oh, she wants to drink first" . I admire the intelligence of an aspie man, and if I could find a nice, gentle aspie/autie, I would be the happiest woman on the planet.

I have always worked in computer related fields, Hello, loaded with aspies!

Please, invent a better story.... the probability of meeting six diagnosed aspies in 1 lifetime is extremely low.And what do you mean by "I believe I have dated around 6 aspie men" ?

I've met over 30 diagnosed aspies in my life thus far; most in just the last year.

Let me guess: In a some freaking aspie gathering.

Whats QFT? aspies run rampant with computers....and athletics. and any nerdy introverted profession. I would like to have an aspie man right now...(With an oral fixation) and I personally, would date a smart, funny aspie over a hot aspie any day.
