Not necessarily the woman turns you down, but if you break up for any reason. The underlying fact is that you broke up in the first place. It was for a reason. Going back may seem like a good idea, and may actually work in the short term, but it will come undone again at some point in the future. The rule I stated is to ensure you don't waste your life pursuing broken reltionships that can never give you the long term fulfillment you are looking for. So yes, it will save a lot of grief.
This is a rule to live by. I always say an ex is an ex for a reason, even if you can’t remember what that reason was.
She won’t let you touch her? Um, move on to someone who lives at your pace. It may take sorting through 100 people, but there is only 1 right person. And that right person doesn’t dump you, they work out the problem WITH you.
