I'm slim, and when I only had a face pic, I found requests for full body shots annoying. I didn't like the implication I was lying about my body type. (Mind you, this was in the dark ages before digital cameras became common - I would have had to get a paper photo, get it scanned, etc. Now I have several full body pics on my profile, which solves THAT problem.)

Furthermore, even if a girl DOES send a full body pic, there's no guarantee it isn't from two years ago, before she gained fifty pounds.

My advice would be to limit your first dates to coffee dates. You can make plans for yourself for afterwards, so you have an excuse to leave. And, I don't mean you should bolt from the coffee shop the second you see her, if you don't find her attractive. It won't kill you to be kind and have a cup of coffee and a pleasant conversation with a fat girl -- you never have to see her again afterwards if you don't want to.

Also, you probably shouldn't accept a party invite from someone you haven't met yet. As you found out, you don't know what you're letting yourself in for when you do that.

"engaging the target" is probably a turn-off to many women.

I think maybe you need to examine your standards. Heaven knows I should have when I was younger...;) You may not score with models or p@rn stars, but there's many eligible, pretty women out there who might like some attention.

If a woman is doing belly shots with a lesbian, while having 2 ex-boyfriends over(did I read that right?), it sounds like a message; the party was all about her. Since you didn't pay her sufficient attention (and how were you to do that? 54/40 or fight? I claim everything above the chest for Spain?..;) you were 'boring'.

Well, that's only one woman; plenty more around. Even if she was one in a million, there's currently over 6,000 just as good..;)

Um...wow. I thought that I was the only person who's ever compared dating to counter insurgency...

I find the language you choose intriguing... "engaging the target" "guns blazing" "stealth and reconnaissance".... my first off the cuff reaction was "you went in without a wingman... ".

You are trying to date people, not service sniper targets... my SERIOUS suggestion?? Try and find a girl on the spectrum around your age who shares some of your interests... And don't treat her like a target. If that's the mode you're comfortable in, think of her as an "objective". :salut:

You sound wonderful to hang out with.

P.S :

Engage the target at 300 yards, night-vision on.

In love, even at point blank you can miss.
