A little bit of both in my case, but personality is the most important thing for me, thus why the last woman I was interested in was (keyword was) considered such a loss in my book, she had an excellent personality from what I'd seen being with her, plus she was pretty attractive. But often how I view a person Is based personality seems to affect how view them physically on some weird sub-conscious level. Case in point a woman who would be viewed as "average" by more aesthetically minded people if I talked with her and she demonstrated a certain confidence about herself it would I would see her as very appealing.

It’s speculated that was the case with Cleopatra, that her charisma was part of what gave her a reputation as captivating.

I personally don't think someone must have the exact same interests as I do. Ideally there would be things we would enjoy together, and things we would enjoy apart. That is how my parents are and they have been married a long time.

So how much two people desire to be around each other, and later on how much they can tolerate being around each other for time on end seems to be the most important. I base this 90% on observation and about 10% on experience so take it as you will.

The first thing I look for is if he shares my faith. If the guy isn't a Christian, then it isn't going to work out. Also, he has to be an "enlightened" Christian, in that he isn't judgmental, is open-minded, and is liberal in his views. I also look for intelligence, maturity, and that he shares my love of anime.

1) Does slightly liberal-leaning moderate still count? (Moreover, does thinking W is an idiot still count?)
2) Can the love of anime be "passing fantasy with anime"?
3) Are you 18-25?

:D
