I'm in a relationship with an NT; it's lasted six years so far, and gone very well in that time. Just because he's an NT doesn't mean we can't relate to each other; we actually understand each other quite well. My Aspie traits don't really bother him, especially now that we know I have AS. If there's something I'm supposed to be doing that I'm not, he generally knows it just isn't obvious to me, and will tell me. And I'll do the same. I think lack of communication would be the main problem an AS-NT relationship would have... and isn't that also the main problem a lot of NT-NT relationships have?
