I vote 6 - I get the signals but I fall short in realizing I'm not equiped to do anything about it other than playing a bit aloof, hard to get at the right times, and all that innocuous stuff that really never closes the deal.

I also must send out alot of crazy signals that seem to tell men I want them. Either that or they're just trying their luck over and over again.

I've heard that NT males use persistence to "get lucky."

You can't hit a home run unless you step up to bat. But even if you get a hit it doesn't mean it will be a home run, so you have to get lots of hits to get a home run.

Married people hit on me as well.

Telling guys/giving signals you aren't interested just doesn't seem to be enough.

I voted for 5, although I could probably say yes on all of those choices. 5 just seems what happens the majority of the time coz I worry and obsess over someone dropping a fork.. bad example, I have no idea what I'm trying to say <quits while she's ahead> .. not sure that I am ahead.. ah!

Nice to see someone with a positive self-image for a change.

I'm so glad that I am not alone.

I think I feel mostly the same as most of you here.
If I do catch a signal, it throws me way off guard, takes me a long time to work it out in my head,
catches me at a time when I am feeling least social, and I often feel very undeserving.

I'll say this at least - I read a lot more preeminent danger into women's nonverbal signals than is really there. Just last night I was hanging with a friend and a new girlfriend, was seeing some wierd nondisclosive affect from her, saw some things that made me think she was getting really turned out by all the details, and I almost had a feeling we wouldn't be seeing her arround again - not the case at all.

I think i have guys fairly well figured out now, but the trouble is i can't find any I actually like :-(
Girls are still evil tho. Because of that i'm finding i'm not as attracted to them as i was.
Which of course makes me immediately subject to all that "failed lesbian" crap, which precledes my ability to get a date with a girl even if i turned out to still like them.

I'm between 4 and 5. Not that I pay attention to it any more.

aye. Its a bit like fishing. You have to do alot of casts and test alot of different spots in the sea to reel in a big fish. They rarely ever jump up on the boat.
