Aspie women why do you defend all women?
If you like the bus it’s fine, but 4 hours a day is a lot of time to waste sitting on one.
I might get an electric scooter And ride it to work along the foot path. Cheaper than a car and fun.
I don’t get people who get loans for TVs. Seems stupid. Just go without one until you can buy it. Not the smartest decision. Choosing to be in debt for anything except education or a house is a concept I stuggle with.
To be far it’s cause the bus times are messed up. So one bus gets me there 1 min after or just as the next bus is leaving then I have to wait. Saturday for example. I left my house at 2:30 and arrived around 3:36 to work at 4:30. But the next choice would risk me being late. But week days I leave at 2:40 get to station at 3::24 catch next bus at 3:36 and arrive at work around 3:55ish. So I can either be half hour early or 5 mins late.
Going home is terrible I get off at 9:10 the bus leaves at 9:35 which is when the second bus leaves the station home. That next one is 10:15. First bus gets to station at 9:45 so 30 min wait yay.
What’s a electiric bike?
My sort of friend suggested I get a moped, but that’s limit me to since they only go like what 35 mph and most streets are 40-45. I was considering a motorcycle. But family says it’s too dangerous.
If I lived closer I’d bike maybe eventually. Or walk. I wish I lived on the emx line. Then it’d only be like 15 mins to work and back. It’s the two buses and transfers that suck.
I dont know and stuff cost more that way too. Like a 400 dollar tv is $600 via payments.
Looked up. Mopeds and motorcycles cost just as much as cars, why would anyone get them over car.
Also apparently I’d have to get insurance for motorized stuff. So they’d end up costing same as the car just slightly less in gas with 5 times the danger. That’s quite messed up. No wonder moped or motorized bikes haven’t caught in in the USA. I hear they quite popular in Europe.

I'd rather save money to travel, than for electronics, I have a second hand laptop and no tv. I dont buy alcohol because its extortionate and i cant justify the cost. I travel because I like visiting new places, not to show off. I also enjoy photography so hell yeah I'm sharing my photos on Instagram.
But again that's just me. A non-traveller would be incompatible with me because I need a travel buddy, but i don't need a guy who can drive or who owns a car because I'm sorted in that department.
No one is wrong, we just make different choices.
There’s something wrong if you need to complain about your situation.
I disagree. Sometimes things happen and you get an unexpected bill that throws your budget out of kilter then you chase your tail to catch up. It's taken a few years for me to get back in a good place only for some unexpected bills to knock me again. I should be ok in January.

Electric or push scooters are quite cool. And they are small enough to fit on a bus or train when you get to the station. It might make the bus easier if you only needed to catch one.

That’s quite a bit different, that’s a situation that can’t be tweaked or changed.
Then again, I may be the only woman on the planet who appreciate good sense and frugality. There are times in my life I could've bought a car, but it was an extra source of stress I didn't need.
The point was you can make what you have work for you, it’s not always a case of an instant “I can’t”.
Also, cars are a bit different to video games and iphones. They have a functionality in a lot of people’s lives. If anyone who bought an iphone claims to be poor, they’re a liar and an idiot.
As someone has already said, budgeting is a personal thing.
Different people have different priorities. Personally, I hate traveling; however, it wouldn't be accurate to say you don't have your priorities straight because you spend your disposable income on something I don't enjoy.
Sly's already stated a car never helped him in the dating department, so I can see no reason why he shouldn't spend his cash on things that make him happy. My spare change goes towards beer, video games, and adding to my action figure collection. I'm sure some people wouldn't approve.

No, only in southern countries. In other places motorcycles and scooters are toys for summer. For example where I live, bicycle sharing program is active from April to November only.

Here is a depressing real example, I applied for this Career job (it's within my current career, but i wanna move forward to a much larger coproate if given the chance):
https://www.bayt.com/en/lebanon/jobs/cr ... r-3712324/
My ranking for this job is SECOND, my resume and work experience is very relevant to their vacancy.

Yet as you can see above, they didn't even view it, they stopped at 51 resumes, while total is 291 resumes; it's a real whole stack of resumes.
No viewing and not even a call, I believe a 2nd ranked candidate at least deserves an interview.
and to reach their HR by phone or some other contact is very difficult.

Then why, is he constantly moaning about it? It doesn’t compute. If a car doesn’t help, stop moaning that women expect you to have a car.
To be honest with you I don’t think sly wants to change, he wants other people to change for him.

It’s pretty similar for all jobs. They get 1000s of applicants. Cold call businesses. Only 2 of my 10 or so jobs were advertised.

Car good job, own place, look handsome. That’s their main list of requirements and hats why I complain. No I said having a car while I didn’t have the other 3 didn’t help. If I had s good job, had my car, rented alone and wasn’t ugly I’m sure I’d gotten lots of dates and probably one of those dates would ended up in a relationship. Mainly cause I’d be able to talk to and message a lot more women and they’d see me as dateable and this take a chance to go on a date with me.

It worked for me. Unfortunately you're right. The fact that more women from dating sites want to date me is probably proof that a good job and your own place are useful for getting a girlfriend. That's why I mention my job in the first paragraph of my dating profile.
