Just as much as they are real women.

For many of us, AS is a journey of learning to be ourselves in the face of many who discourage us from being ourselves.

This is certainly true for me. In all ways. Back to topic: I consider myself a real woman and defy anyone who says otherwise (which is much of the world --- since I am in tech; my moustache doesn't help, good thing it's blonde! I'm actually quite attractive but refuse to doll up or wax off.) Thankfully I found myself a "real" man: one with long flowing hair (no joke), who cleans the kitchen daily and other non-gender binary things.

The "real women" who you have met are actually turkeys. Sorry, somebody had to tell you. Teasing: There's an epidemic of turkeys masquerading as people in the Midwest and other parts of the US. It's awful. AS folks are especially vulnerable to mistaking these seeming "helpful", yet pompous turkey as people, or worse as Truth Sayers. Please, if you encounter these, drop their Lies and step away.

If you are not a real man, then my advice is to hang in there until you meet that equally "not a real woman". Seriously. That can be your goal: meet the one (or two) single "not a real woman" (by the standards of your turkey community) --- you'll be perfect for each other.

Sly, smile!
I have crooked teeth, too. A lot of people have.
But when you smile, your face becomes really lovely. You have that real, deep kind of smile that brightens your face and brings sunshine!
I have met some people with that kind of smile. It's your treasure, it's your strength, it's the very lovable thing about your appearence! :)

Doesn’t matter women here won’t date me I’m not good enough. Not a real man

Then you need to find a not real woman :P

A couple (romantic couple) of my friends claim they are "a full man and full woman together, roughly equally distributed" :D

[MOD]

Sly's been given a month's vacation for making mass negative generalizations about women.

Just a friendly reminder that misogyny and/or misandry is not welcome here no matter how "upset" someone is.

Carry on.

They might not for much longer. Mine use to. They have up to 2xl only now and nothing above 44 pants size. Gotta order anything bigger online and have it shipped.

Not the worst teeth I've seen, believe me.. haven't been taking stock of what this thread is all about.. just sounds like a general discussion about unmarried women's prospects, posted in the wrong has been section of this forum.
Just to note, marriage isn't for everyone.

Just curbstomp a male who has already been crushed into the ground why don't yas? Wow, so brave. You can punch someone in the gut whose already had half the world do it, let's not even mention some of the 'suicidal' talk he sometimes has. It's clear that he's a troubled and broken person, thus some compassion, restraint, and tolerance should be required to mend him. What if this forum is the only place where he can find solace? You just took it away from him.

It's pitiful how much 'compassion' there is in this world. But the compassion you give in this world is precisely the compassion you receive.

It will come back to you, it always does.

None of the ladies here trying to offer him support actually think he's a mysogynist. Good grief, this is the problem with trying to address symptoms to a problem but not the problem itself. Look behind the words, not the words themselves. Look UNDER the waves, not above the waves because what's above the waves is deceiving.

I must admit I share this sentiment. I was never offended by Sly's posts, just incredibly concerned for his welfare. He was just beginning to open up and shared his pic. Could you reverse the decision? I hope so. Sly was voicing heartache not prejudice. Please reconsider.

Sly, you are NOT ugly. You are above average to good looking, with excess weight. The beard and slightly longer hair than before definitely shapes your face nicely, you look 10x better.

Yes a lot of women will want a man with a higher paying job, including myself. I KNOW there are women out there who settle for far older (like 20-30 years older than them), really ugly men with very low paying jobs.

You are young still and NOT remotely ugly. That smile of yours shows it too. I'm 100% serious.

XFilesGeek, I also think sly was not being malicious in his intent, he feels really bad and doesn't mean to generalise. He really needs this place. He is a decent person.
