With the exception for a few wonderful guys here, it seems like so many aspie males are very particular when it comes to looks. They set unrealistic standards. I think it comes from looking at porn and doctored up pictures on the internet. I think we've been stripped of our power by the media and advertisements that brainwash us to want more.

aspie-rant, why did you say I'm not an aspie? You told me to get it together. Okay...I'll be sure to get on that with thinking.

Did you project everything you hate about women onto me? You said my body is not natural. For your information I'm thin because I've been a vegetarian most of my life and I work out every day. I have two children and nursed them both. I play with them like a kid and go to the park everyday. I don't go to the gym. I dance and stretch mostly.

I typically wouldn't feel the need to defend myself, but I think you should be aware that you project harmful opinions onto women. It may cause you to miss a good opportunity in the future.

Errr, just gonna save my own ass here now.
About the first part, i dont know, to some it might, to some it might not.
Yeah, looks at first impression do matter, if you're not look wise attracted to a person first, to want to know them personality wise is hard.

If they look wise dont appeal to you first, then you usualy find out, how their personality is.
If they might look "average" and not up to ones hopes that sucks for one then, but someones personality can easely support the lack of "outer beauty" they might have. And besides, when a person falls in love with someonem or likes someone, that person comes more beautiful in their eyes.

Just my 2 cents, hope that saved me from the inferno hellfire >.>

I have found that I can become quite attracted to average-looking women if they show affection and are nice. Also, attraction from good looks wears off fast without anything else to back it up.

Guys in the other thread showed themselves literally half-nudes, no girl made a dramatic ethical issue about it.

And no one is forcing any girl with a gun to post a "half-nude" pic of herself , Mangus posted a pic in lingerie by her free will. In my opinion, there's nothing wrong in a girl admiring her femininity.

And I think no man is unzipping pants for a pic in lingerie loool

Please don't project your dirty thoughts unto others.

How did you suddenly jump to that conclusion.:hmph:

I think it is women that set unrealistic standards for themselves.

If we do set high standards for ourselves it is partly our own ambition to be our best, perhaps a little brainwashing from the media, and largely a desire to be pleasing to males, who may also be partly brainwashed, or have high standards...

From the looks of your writing, I can tell you are educated.

So brother in time, as one educated male to the next let me give you a word of advice.

Breath.

Count as high as it takes to calm your rage.

Then breath once more, deep as possible.

Now come back and re-think, why it is you are upset.

I understand it might seem one way to you, but realize that it is not all black and white.

What most of us "men" are doing onthis page is very different than the "men" you are associating us with. It might be time to reassess your judgement of us.

You see, if I wanted porn, or sex, or anything along those lines I would simply type into my url

But I am not doing that, and I do not plan on doing that (although now my curiosity is peaked, so I just might have to go back onmy word  )

If you took the time to step outside your head you might see the encouragement going on in these forums. Especially in the mens one.

Many of us (myself included) sometimes do not realize how beautiful we really are, and it is difficult especially in this world today to find that "compliment" from anyone, especially for the "anti-social elite" such as ourselves.

You see even Magnus, "hot" as she may be ... stated on the next post, a thank you followed up by a sometimes I forget that (obviously paraphraed because I am way too lazy and cold to look back at her actual post)

So what now? Still wnat to "kill" the thread? Still think we (other AS males/females posting) are like all the rest ... making you disgusted?

I believe in nutrality amungst all people and therfore I think you deserve an opinion, however after reading almost all of your posts I see the exact same radical fantical tendencies as the current Christian comunity I have grown to accept as well as the once prideful and awesome republican party my Grandmother still believes in to this day ... in other words friend, especially as an aspie you can hopefully accept this next statement: The world is not black and white, it is filled with grey, just like our heads

And without further adue ... a picute to lighten the mood.

Image

And remember folks, always use protection

Image

Hope this helps,

-Zane
