How do you define boring? Us
I knew that was coming
Nt's bore me but when I see a person with Aspergers saying they don't want someone boring I'm interested in their definition of boring ie is it the NT definition or a different one?
It's a good question.
A boring girl would be a girl who wants to stay home all the time and has
no sense of adventure and doesn't have much upstairs. Let's go try a new bar, or get on a jet ski and tear up the ocean, or go for a drive somewhere new, skydive, or take a class and learn something together. Basically someone who is intelligent and is adventerious.
I am intelligent and like staying at home. I don't like drinking to excess, I don't like adrenaline rush-type activities and I don't need loads of new things to be happening all the time in order to be entertained. I don't see this as being boring though - I'm just interested in more low key activities like reading, internet research and watching films and am generally more risk aversive.
Your definition of boring seems to be the standard NT one - it seems to mean you prefer being physically active.
That's one of the funniest things I've ever read here , a NT ? or an aspie with a sense of humour (and here I thought we shot blanks in that reagrd.)
These type of "people" until proven other wise I immediately have imagery of Bush poo , imagine that, shrub getting it on with his other draft dodging pals casting aspersions over a decorated war hero, disgusting yet all the sheep of this world went along for the ride.
Not that I'm a great fan of John Kerry he looks to French for my liking
