Because of my AS and depression, I found myself having sexual encounters that I wish never happened. I'm lucky I didn't get anyone pregnant or an STD, but having sex with people you don't care about after a while drains you.

It's a quick high, like a drug, but the side-effects are not even worth it, unless your with someone you actually like and trust.

When your a teenage boy not really in-synch with social stuff, you go by what you think is what people your age do. Of course, the concept that a teenage boy or young male having sex with as many women as possible makes you "The Man" is what what was thrown at me at that age. Of course I wanted to be "The Man" and allowed girls I didn't like to take advantage of that.

But live and learn I suppose

I'm 20 (going on 21) and a virgin, and I wouldn't give it up to anyone who doesn't need me. It'd have to be someone I care about and who cares about me and really needs me. And I have this deep feeling that nobody could ever care about, need or even want me (and even if anyone did, they'd probably just send "signals" instead of telling me, so I wouldn't get it), so it looks like I'm gonna stay a virgin for a while, which in and of itself doesn't bother me, but the loneliness sucks.
