What would be the point? Men greatly outnumber women on this site. What are the chances that a woman on this site who's in my age group and in my area would even be on here? If there are any, what are the chances they'd actually be interested in me? Pfff, not very likely, I'd say. Plus I have no idea if random people I know in real life go on here. I shall stay anonymous!

The males suddenly act like 12 year old boys that have grown up in caves and never seen a female before?

people are nicer to me when i have a picture of myself as an avatar, though this new one is apparently a little scary lol. i think that using a photo is a reminder that you're talking to a human.

People don't need to see my ugly mug too often. Besides, if I had any other avatar than this one, you guys wouldn't know what my name relates to.

Scary? Really? Maybe a little intimidating, sure, but mostly it seems to give off the impression that you're smart...not that you aren't. :P

Same reasoning I have mine. Who could hurt a poor cute looking kitty like me... :cat:

Also, women like cats, and they don't like me

Sounds about right.

We have a librarian around here we refer to as Colin the Librarian. Too bad he's nothing like Conan. :(
