Eligible Odd-Bods! - The Premier Aspergian Singles List
I'd be honored to be asked out by someone so famous . . j/k
This man faked his way into the army, is a bigamist and has masqueraded as a doctor. I know this because I worked for medical servies in the army at the time. He has even been on the TV recently, as part of the Fake Britain series. I dunno what his agenda is here but I have emailed Alex, and the man himself, voicing my concerns.
How do you know its the same guy?
(Nice avatar btw.)
Thanks
He asked me to meet him for lunch. The picture he sent me is the same guy as the one in the news article, and the guy on the TV. Its him. :/

Least Favorite Manga: Ummm... this one really disturbing one known as Butterfly Night (Don't read it!)
Favorite Video Game(s): I love lots of them, Pokemon, Earthbound trilogy, most SNES/NES RPGs, RPGs are my favorite genry like Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, Magic of Scheherazade etc. most games made by Nintendo (I'm a huge Nintendo fangirl), Megaman, I play lots of stuff
Least Favorite Video Game: Those gritty "guy" games my brother plays such as Halo and CoD
what kind of girl/guy you're looking for : I would like a white knight... yes, a white knight to put it simply... I know I kind of sound a bit, well... like I live in a fairy tale or something, but I just want somebody who will fight for me and be my advocate and be there for me when I need him and who is willing to put up with me even when the going gets tough. I also believe that values are important and I would like a Christian man whose words don't easily fall to the ground and who has a good head on his shoulders and will stand up for what is right, I am not picky denomination-wise, but definitely someone who is passionate. He also has to be intelligent, which means absolutely no dumb jocks or anything and someone who shares my geeky hobbies like anime and gaming.
I would also like a guy who likes the outdoors and adventurous, he isn't a total couch potato. Somebody who enjoys long bike rides and hikes in the woods.
Most importantly, he has to be someone I would like to be friends with and understands me and loves me unconditionally and exclusively. When dating, I am not just looking for a boyfriend, but also a husband and someone who is willing to commit to me for life no matter what. Oh yeah, and age wise... Just nothing under 16 and nothing beyond 24...
how to contact if interested:
PMing me will suffice, seriously, I rarely check my email...
Small Bio:
I am currently a senior in high school and I plan to go to college downstate and hopefully be a scientist, I am definitely a kid-at-heart and very happy-go-lucky and fun-loving and most importantly passionate. Passionate would be the thing that describes me the most. Again, I love drawing, cosplaying, going to anime conventions, reading, playing video games, and researching random stuff. I also love to cook and can cook pretty well. Ummmm... there is just so much to say about me. I am tall and a bit uncoordinated and I don't know, there is so much about me that I might be forgetting... Umm... I would post a picture of me, but I don't really as of now feel comfortable... I tend no wear makeup or style my hair or anything and my mother wishes that I would take better care of my looks because I can be pretty if I make an effort which I don't. Most of my effort goes toward my brain.
Ive always been really picky :/. I live in a small town so with there being 73 people in my grade and so few interesting people im the only Aspergers diagnosed student i know of other than some young kids. Im 5'11 slim (140 lbs.) with natural curly brown hair. Big brown eyes and a very slight cleft chin. I live in Arkansas though im not from here and i have no hint of my southern roots in my nonexistent accent. Im primarily italian(30%) with the rest being pretty jumbled. I am a Choir junkie i sing in a band to (punk) and a bit of a videogame guy. Im addicted to my ipod, im very opinionated and feel strongly about the environment. I read alot though just like games i will sometimes stop for months at a time, mainly fantasy books lol. Im 17, a senior in Highschool, single, and im very sweet. I have a very strong obsession with the truth and never lie if i can helit, ive never cheated and cant stand sleazy people. Ive never talked with any aspergers or autistic kid in my age group. This is actually my first post on this site, ide never really thought of online relationship anything since i feel a need to know the person a bit before throwing myself out there. But a long term over the phone friendship kinda made me realize a couple things.
If this thread is still pertinent, I am a guy and I live in southern New Jersey. I'm 5'7 - 135lbs. . Dark brown hair and eyes. To sum up what I am looking for would be two words, inner beauty. No superficial, artificial bs here, I am into a monogamous committed relationship only. Friendship can be a start as well. Any aspie females 18-35 email/pm me or reply, whatever is cool. I have yet to meet anyone from this state or vicinity that was like me so it would be a shocker but would be welcomed. I love writing (and am damn good at it) , music, sports, games (life is one big one) oh and sharing myself body/mind/heart/soul with someone special. I suppose there are other interests buried somewhere in there. If you are fake, dishonest, disloyal, morally challenged, or phony, please don't even waste your time, I will see right through it.

I'm Eryk. I'm 6ft, blonde hair (shorn short), blue eys, about 10 1/2 stone and slim. I'm a kind, gentle UK male engineer, looking for a partner to share my life/time with. Recently found out that I have AS and wondered if an Aspie girl might think about things in a similar way to me. I enjoy days out with my camera and random road trips to random places. I don't have much, but what I have I gladly share. All I ask for in return is honesty and loyalty.

I guess I´m wondering if i might get along better with someone thats more like me (i get along fine in day to day basis, its in relationship where the aspergers part of my personality seems to be too much for guys to handle).

I'm a 25 year old male, 5'9" roughly - somewhat athletic. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm interested in friendship or beyond, if you can put up with my quirks and issues socializing. I value integrity, intelligence, and authenticity. I enjoy going out for bike rides, trips to the snow, the occasional concert and I'm willing to try out new things and finding more about myself in the process. Besides that, I'm also a knowledge base of all things related to cars, computers, buses, and a few other things.
Gender: Male
Age: 24

Status: Single
Seeking: Female, early to mid-20s, and also friends of any gender and age
Height: 6'0"
Build: "Stocky" is the word, I guess?
Eye color: Blue-grey
Hair color: Brown
Drinker: No
Smoker: No
Interests: Art, writing/reading, music, movies, some anime, politics, philosophy
Music: I have diverse tastes, but most of what I listen to is rock (Tool, NIN, Porcupine Tree, Mars Volta, Bloc Party, Radiohead, Pink Floyd); I most enjoy progressive, alternative, and some heavy metal
Political affiliation: Socially liberal, financially centrist
Religion/Philosophy: Agnostic, secular humanism
Education: College graduate (BFA in General Fine Art at Emily Carr University, 2010)
Job: None at the moment, but I'm in the process of setting up a self-directed career as an artist, and also looking for a part-time job to supplement me financially
Turn ons: Creativity, honesty, a strong intellect, ambition to change the world for the better
Turn offs: Dominant, narcissistic, or uncompromising personality (i.e., someone who would be unwilling to maintain a balance of give and take in a relationship), desire for excessive socializing (i.e., I don't do well at parties or clubs)
I'm originally from the US, and I'm still technically an American citizen, though I hold a Canadian work permit. Before moving to Canada, I lived briefly in New Jersey, spent most of my life in Georgia, and went to college in Florida for three years. I think I'm easy to get along with, although my friends might disagree. XD Basically, though, as long as there's a foundation of respect, it will be mutually returned. I'm pretty laid back most of the time, except when something contradicts my Aspie sense of equilibrium (like my routines, or when people assume my quirks to be arbitrary and unimportant). I am on the introverted side, but this does not mean I never open up to anyone-- just that I'm cautious, and trust has to be established first, for certain information. I try to be polite, cordial, compassionate, and tactful in my interactions with people. Others often accuse me of being overly serious. I admit to being driven and very focused when it comes to my own ambitions, but I don't think I'm overly serious, really; it's just that, like a lot of other Aspies, I find that there is a disconnect between my sense of humour and others'. I appreciate dry, intelligent humour most; I love Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Lewis Black, etc.
PM me if you're interested, even if you're not interested in a romantic relationship. I'm always open to starting new platonic friendships too.
You didn't say where you are from. Or what your name is. And a vet of what, these forums? That's hardly of any importance. I wouldn't associate with those who can't handle 'the asperger's part' of your personality. They are obviously not deserving and are looking for somehting easy and superficial so it is irrelevant anyway.
