yeah i recently joined an asexual community group on facebook, and from reading certain comments, asexual people are not unheard of, as in, these people still instinctively innately desire a relationship, companionship with another human being, even if sex is not involved.

Asexuality is fairly common. I remember wondering whether I was asexual many years ago and even identified as such briefly, many years ago.

Right now I just want to take it slow and see where our relationship can go from here despite wanting to immediately jump into a wedding and married/family life!
That's good advice. I'll add that if you or him are on some kinda welfare type benefits due to being disabled or considering the possibility of getting on them, it'll be good to research how marriage & each others income could possibly affect potential benefits before making wedding preparations. Hypothetically if your both on SSI & get married the amount a married couple gets is only 50% more than an individual gets but if your both living together unmarried you can each collect the full amount. Sometimes the system encourages people to live together unmarried but different programs can be very different. Social Security Disability doesn't care about spouse's income since the amount is based on what the person paid into it with their taxes while working.

Cass likes to nag & tease me about us not being married :tired: I'll marry her when we can afford for her to lose her benefits. If she gets a job earning enough to pay of all our debt & where she can no longer collect SSI or housing assistance, then I'll marry her. She knows not to ask me stupid questions like when will I marry her.

Opposites attract so one member of the couple should be a normie.

yeah, i would say these are the 3 solid reasons as to why people would have issues with having sex with someone, they are either asexual, they are insecure/inexperienced about it, or they have past trauma that makes them reluctant to engage in sexual relations.

Some other reasons are that they don’t feel comfortable, safe, turned on by, or a connection with a specific person or persons. There are many reasons for those things, and they aren’t all solely a them issue.

but yet people like this, will still have some type of relationship with that person, as in, they are okay with kissing and cuddling/making out, but won't do more than that

I used to go as far as making out and cuddling until I met David and he slowly eased me into the whole "intercourse" thing! :D

Now I want MORE and consistent sex

Unfortunately we did not use protection (condom) the first time so there is a 50/50 chance I might actually be...pregnant!! !

It's not actually 50/50. The likelihood changes depending on where in your cycle you are, among other factors.

If you think you're pregnant why the hell are you taking birth control pills?
They will harm the baby.

So I will need to stop taking the pills if I am pregnant?

At the risk of posting TMI I have been having weird things happening to my body recently like a strange so-called "period" that NEVER once increased during its duration which leads me to suspect it was not a period at all!

It was implantation bleeding from the embryo attaching itself to my uterus!! !

If this is true, then that means I am without a doubt pregnant but I need confirmation first

But I'm derailing the thread and going off-topic...

Implantation bleeding, when it happens, usually isn’t more than a drop or two of blood although it’s certainly worth ruling out.

I am still convinced that's what it was but I will create a new thread in "Adult Autism Issues" forum about this so I stop derailing this thread!

I'm sure you've likely talked to your OBGYN by now but yeah, of course you'd need to stop.

They're called birth control because they keep babies from implanting or developing.

They can't prevent pregnancy and be safe for pregnancy at the same time.

It would all be explained in your product insert.

Well said. Under the guise of that reasoning taking the pills while pregnant might even be illegal in some states now with more restrictions against abortion :wall:
