I miss the best companion and friend that I have ever had.
He made me happier than I have ever been in my life.
I miss the fun we would have, his humor, and his kindness.
I love him and wish more than anything, that he would return.
But, I know and accept that he never will.
There will never be anyone who will take his place.
I adore him beyond words.
I miss him so much.
I have to let go.

I took photos over the weekend and thought of you, often.
I took the photos with you in mind, though I knew that sharing them with you would not be possible.
I wish, more than anything, that we could share every lovely experience we had, all over, again.
I had your photo of the garden printed, and it is hanging in a frame above my bed.
I will remember you, always.

My dad, and my dear friend, an older lady who was almost like a replacement mother; both these are deceased. I still wish my dad was here even though I'm "too old" to need my dad for anything. I still need him. I wish my friend were still here as I miss the shining light she was in the world. I miss her wicked humor, her always-kind heart, her incredible intellect -- there wasn't a thing in the world she wasn't breathtakingly informed about. She had been in my life for twenty years when she died. I miss her every day.

No you're not mate. I still think about the guy I fell in love with (I'm also male, so yeah). It didn't work out, but I still think of him from time to time. So no, you're definitely not a fool. It must have been something special if you still think about her. I know that feeling.

I terrible miss my brother, Bob, who passed away 5 years ago. There are times I still regret some things I should have done with him. Life...

Yea, a few weeks ago I met this girl who I think I saw smiling at me a few times and she said bye to me in a shy-ish voice

She was really pretty

I was too shy to smile back at her but she keeps appearing in my mind now

I'm letting of lots of things and people. But there's one person I can't forget because he keeps reminding me of him, a way or another. I need closure. One way or the other.

I think a part of me is always going to miss him even though the feelings and friendship are no more. I would be lying to myself otherwise.

Wrong thread. That's what it does to one's brains to spend most of the night laughing your ass off.

There is no one I used to know who I’d miss right now.
However I still miss someone. I don’t know who it is or if this person even exists though.

It's the same woman I posted here about before -- but yes, today I have a big wave of missing her again. She passed on 3 years ago. She had a high opinion of me and I miss her whenever others make it clear what a low opinion they have of me. Because she was an amazing person yet who actually thought I was one of those too. She had the respect and affection of everyone who knew her, yet she actually valued me too. And thought I was a great person. She thought I was intelligent, talented, and a good person. She had great respect for me and she loved me to pieces. We all need someone like that. I loved her to infinity and I've never had more respect for anyone. She was the real deal.
