It's a skin tight outfit, so of course it looks painted on and mushes the breasts. And the skin is washed out from the lighting. But srsly, you people think the flowers, the outfit, and the mask are fake? The hell?

I think she's bent way over, moreso than you realize at first glance. I think the breasts are real, they just look funny because of the bending-over angle. I am not a photographer, though. What catches my eye is the faded wallpaper with the prominent seam. And those weird-ass ducks.
