Yeah I do sound like I'm a bit delusional and wasting my time. Hell, I even give myself low odds of this actually working.

But, I waited a while before actually doing anything as a result. Until recently, I'd handle rejection with months long spells of self-loathing and depression. So here, I'm learning to deal with females and not end up with the ridiculous results afterwards.

The most joyous time in a relationship is the moment of flux between being friends/activity companions and being lovers. The thrill and anticipation are overwhelming when it becomes clear that the other person IS actually into you that much. So far, the time afterward hasn't been as positive, but it will happen; the RIGHT person just has to cross my orbit.

I agree. The best part is when you know each other inside-out.

Ah me either. I think it's fine and nice for friendships, but I could never get a relationship to work that way. I think I crave someone touching me far too much for it.

ohh well I am just much more charming online then IRL so people gravitate to me
IRL I have to try far harder then its worth
its not about companionship, I don't really care about that, its more about understanding what its like and being able to relate more to other people
I guess its just answering questions I have

The date went off OK, but I don't think I progressed far.

Oh well, it's a learning experience for next time. 8)

When I cut my finger, he not only got a bandage for me, but he put it on my finger.

He also cooked for me every weekend. And for breakfast, he used to pour my coffe, add the milk and stir it for me!

On Valentine's Day, he cooked a wonderful dinner and had the table set with candles and flowers. He recorded the Charlie Brown Valentine's Day special (one of my favorites!) so that we could watch it after dinner. He made a CD and the first song on the CD was my favorite song by Etta James, At Last.

He kept me warm on cold nights by holding me close all night long.

I miss him. : (
