Looking for: women

Hey yall. My name is Collin. I'm a 25Q in the Army National Guard and a sales rep for Vector Marketing. I'm also going to college in hopes of attaining a degree in Naval Architecture. I love video games, fishing, swimming, shooting, movies, hanging with friends, going out to eat, traveling, flying, and a bunch of other things (just ask me if what to know more. I'm not shy) I was diagnosed at 12 with autism. However, most people can't tell at first glance (but it does show over time) and are surprised when I tell them. I'm quite a talker and could talk to a rock all day if it could talk back. I LOVE social interaction, especially with women. I have a bunch of women in my family, so I get along with them better.
I'm also an old school romantic; I woe the woman into liking me and look forward to marriage, not just one night stands like some people. I like a woman who plays video games, funny, likes to talk, and likes rock music. Other then that, just has to be honest on what she feels about me. I don't ask much when it comes to my woman.

I don't know what else I should put on here. so just reply or message me if you want to know more

Moniker: Ed
Gender: Male
Age: Early 20s
Location: Wisconsin
Orientation: Heterosexual, but low sex drive (I don't care whether I die a virgin or not)

I'm 5'10 with blonde hair, eyes that change between blue and green, and dancing eyebrows. I'm about average physique, maybe a touch on the heavier side, but I want to improve that. I have a friend who insists that I have nice buttcheeks and that I should put that here (I wouldn't know).

I've done some college and I'm currently taking a break before I go back stronger. My job is less than ideal, but that motivates me to get a better one when I finish college.

My hobbies are various. I am an established bibliophile. I dabble in coding and gaming. I'm starting a webcomic. I study martial arts. I love Lord of the Rings, Firefly, Dr Who, and Big Bang Theory. I enjoy the flow of knowledge whether I'm learning or teaching. I try to take some time every day to marvel at the world around me.

I'm not religious. I'm not political. I'm not politically correct. I take a simple approach to equality; if you punch me, I will punch you back regardless of ethnicity or gender. I prepare like a pessimist but dream like an optimist. I choose to be happy because it's more fun than being angry.

I have minimal experience with relationships. I have one female friend who I was friends with for a while and we tried seeing if there could be more, but we both realized that we are better as just friends. We never even went on an actual date. I'd like to find a girl I can agree and disagree with. Someone who can make a valid arguement. Someone who can laugh and smile. I'm not looking for the perfect match. I'm just looking for a girl who can be herself and let me be myself.

Hi there! My name is Tim. I am a 21-year-old male currently studying at Marist College as a political science major.

Listen, I would not recommend trying to reach me if you are looking for someone who's REALLY handsome, masculine, or even that sociable. I'm actually a bit of a loner because I have Aspergers Syndromel, which makes a bit socially awkward. In fact, I never go out to parties or bars or anything like that. So yeah, I'm sure that this is a turn-off for many of you girls, and I understand completely. But with that said, I also believe that I'm a really nice, sweet, and understanding person. At least the way I remember, I treat others that I meet with the utmost respect and compassion, especially those whom I find interesitng or really nice. One thing I should point out is that I'm REALLY respectful of women. I'm actually a huge feminist, preferring not to treat women as separate creatures or as "chicks," but as human beings equal to men and deserving of the same standards as men. So if you are looking for a guy who will treat you like a real friend and a human being instead of "just a fine piece of ass," then I might consider giving me a shot. Just be aware that I'm no Prince Charming or even a great talker- I tend to dominate conversations unknowingly, and God knows I really try not to. Now, what I'm looking for in a date is a girl that's really unique, interesting, smart, nice, kick-ass, independent, perhaps nerdy, and, from everyone else's point of view, "weird." Yeah, I want a girl that really amazes me and does not conform to traditional social norms of femininity. In other words, I'm looking for something bizarre and awesome! I don't want any normal girl. Sorry ladies, but you gotta really intrigue me if you want a piece of me hahaha. I'm not expecting any big hitups any time soon, but I hope that eventually, I find someone who fairly lives up to my hopes and expectations, and perhaps manages to make my life less lonely and empty. If you're interested, go ahead and lemme know!

Hmm... I'm not incredibly keen on finding anybody, but I might as well put something here, just in case anyone's interested.

I'm a 17 year old bi-gendered person from Washington. I'm bisexual (it's technically more complicated than that, but this works for now, I guess). I'm not gonna talk about my appearance because... *shrug*

Anyhow, I like video games, cartoons (including anime), comics (including manga), reading, singing, drawing, writing, voice acting, world-building, and making dirty jokes. I'm also interested in learning a variety of languages (ok, kind of lying here, I mostly want to learn Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and French... so mostly asian languages ; w ;). I'm pretty blunt, and probably judgmental. I've been told I'm manipulative in the past. I'm also really impatient and... I'm apparently not so good at selling myself. orz

idk, hit me up if you're interested, and you can see for yourself. ;B

what kind of games are you into? Also, do you have Xbox Live or PSN?

Been single all my life. No girls have ever showed interest in me. It's hard for me to believe that a girl would want to be with me since I have AS and she could easily find someone normal and better.

(bonus dog appearance because I love her!)

My name is Alex, I'm 24 years old and from Liverpool, England.

I'm only really interested in women who also have Aspergers/Autism because I have difficulty relating to NT people. I'm a quiet person in general and don't really have any friends irl, I don't like noise and I don't have the same range of interests as most people. I guess I'd like to meet somebody who can relate to that.

I was a student at the University of Liverpool, studying English and Philosophy, although I've suspended that until next year due to difficulty adjusting to the university environment. I might change to something relating to journalism or accounting when I restart, because I'm not actually massively interested in literature and prefer non-fiction.

As for my hobbies, I like to play computer games and I love British comedy TV shows like I'm Alan Partridge, Brasseye, The Thick of It, Father Ted... I could go on for a while.

I don't mind talking to anybody who wants to speak to me, even if you're from the other side of the country or further, because it seems impossible to find anybody locally that I 'get'.
Feel free to PM me here or email me at [email protected]
Thanks :)

Name: Jordan Garrett

Occupation: Maintenance Guy at Walmart (Nothing Glamorous, but it helps pay the bills. Hoping that one day if I bust my ass enough, I can make it to a management level.)

Height: 5'8-5'9

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Brown, with a streak of white in the shape of a ? (Birthmark.)

Weight: Approximately 200 pounds, if I had to take a shot in the dark. Give or take a few pounds one way or the other.

Interests: I enjoy video games, particularly RPGs and Survival Horror games such as Dead Space. I also watch a ton of jeopardy and also enjoy watching pawn stars, american Pickers, ancient aliens (though I take it with a grain of salt.) WWE and so on. I do some reading, particularly on "Fringe" and Paranormal subjects like UFOs (I'm currently reading a few books in that vein, such as "Alien Agenda", "Gods of Air and Darkness", "The Secret Lives of Plants" and am going to start reading "The Vampire: His Kith and Kin" shortly) , although I sometimes find other topics interesting. Spelunking and hiking interest me as well, but I don't have the time for either (I work around 36 hours per week in the circle of hell known as Wal-Mart.....) or the means to get from point A to point B (don't drive. Anxiety issues.). I also find antiques interesting as well and would love to have more time to visit the antique mall in Lexington (A decent sized town about 20 miles out from where I live.). I also have some interests in gemstones (I sell them on ebay in my spare time.). Philosophy is also a subject I enjoy delving into from time to time, although I'm by no means an expert or lay scholar on the subject.

Religion: None, really. I think there's a lot to be said for some of the tenets of Buddhism (such as controlling one's desires so as to reduce your suffering, which is my take-away from the concept of Samsara. I interpret the "Cycle of death and rebirth" as an analogy or metaphor for the insatiable nature of desire and how as soon as it is sated, it reignites again.), Christianity (Compassion and treating others with consideration and respect. Also a cornerstone of Buddhism and many other religions, but when people think of these teachings, Jesus comes to mind first and foremost), etc, but if you're to ask me if I believe in God, I'd say I don't know. I'm certainly disinclined to the belief in the God of most Orthodox religions. He hasn't done much in the way of jack in the lives of myself or my family, including my father, who was raised as a very devout Presbyterian (by a minister, no less.). I suppose people can call that narrow-minded, but if God didn't work for some people, would they believe irrespective of that, or is it the fact that their faith "Pays off"? I think that the latter is true. If God never did anything for the people who believe in him and worship him, what justifies that belief (On a logical level.) or that worship (On a logical level and practical level. Logically, why would you worship a God who you have no reason to believe exists? Practically, if God didn't give a toss about your life, why worship him? That's like worshiping a stranger who could give a damn less about your problems because they have enough of their own. You know they exist, but that matters....why?). That said, I respect that people do believe in God and are religious and I'm inclined towards a belief in some kind of afterlife.

Political views: I consider myself left of center. On Abortion, I'm more conservative than liberal. Just as your "absolute right" to free speech ends when you libel or slander somebody, I think that when a fetus is at the stage where it can feel pain and suffer, a woman's "Right" to arbitrarily end a life is null (And by the way, I don't believe there's an inherent "Right" to be a parent. If somebody can defend that viewpoint, feel free to PM me and I'd be interested in debating the issue, since I don't want to sidetrack the thread.). That said, I think that it's only fair to allow abortions in the cases of rape and incest. I'm too desensitized (Probably the depression. Apathy kills, I guess.) to use too strong of language here, but a respect for life can't be something that you just cherry-pick. If we truly respect life, than it's only right to respect the life and dignity of somebody who's gone through the trauma of being raped or sexually assaulted by a member of her own family and to acknowledge the fact that having her bear a child that she did not choose to have of her own volition or which is not a result of her own irresponsibility/recklessness is wrong and does not reflect the values of a civilized society.

I'm also left of center in that I believe in social welfare policies (Those that encourage people to find a job being the most desirable, but I do not think people should be penalized for being long-term unemployed. It's not as though people can choose to adjust the unemployment rate, stimulate the economy, alter the amount of other people looking for work, etc, as these are factors wholly outside their control which nonetheless influence their ability to find and/or sustain employment. If they are trying to make ends meet and they have expressed a commitment to work when they find an appropriate job, then they deserve assistance. As long as they don't expect a free ride, I find that perfectly reasonable.) and in a fair amount of market regulation. I also support Obama's proposed increase in the minimum wage (maybe because I make the minimum wage *Cough*....). The idea that the minimum wage shouldn't be linked to inflation/COLA and that people who bust their butts to make ends meet shouldn't get a wage that allows them to pay for the essentials while not living in abject poverty is simply not right. To make a spin-off of the now Cliche Buffet rule: A secretary who works for a man worth billions of dollars should make enough money so that she can support herself and her family comfortably. That's not to say she should be making a wage that allows her to live in a gated community in Beverly Hills, but she should be able to make enough to put gas in the tank, food on the table and be able to pursue her hobbies and relax in her spare time, not worry about bills constantly.

I find it more than somewhat ironic and very hypocritical that far-right conservatives (not all conservatives.) are so critical of people who live off of "Hand-Outs" from the Gubmint, yet they seem so remiss to....I dunno, employ policies that encourage people to actually WANT to work and that reward people who go out looking for a job and who work hard at it. If people are making a comparable amount of money not working than they would be if they were working, why would they want to work?? Hell, go to Mises.org (A site for a libertarian think-tank) and read "defending Scrooge". A point that the author made is that that in Victorian England, the poorhouses had to be craptastic, because if they had five star accommodations, there would be no reason why they would seek out gainful employment, because it wouldn't be gainful. That's a simple axiom derived from CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis)

Music: Specific songs I like are the following (Off the top of my head) 1) Cult of Personality-Living Colour, 2) Push it to the limit (The song from Scarface. Don't know who sang it), 3) Come sail away-Forget who sang it. 4) Anything goes-Cole Porter 5) Hurt-Johnny Cash. As far as specific genres go, country is cool, although I am not huge into music by any means.

What I'm looking for: Somebody to talk to, I guess, preferably between the ages of 20 to 30 (I'm 25, if it doesn't say underneath my username somewhere). Maybe it can develop into some more long-term/serious, maybe not. I don't want to say I'm ready to make any promises or commitments quite yet, but my mind is open to possibilities. A little light-hearted flirting would be nice, since in a small town of 900 people, things tend to get dull. Personality wise, I'd find somebody who was intelligent and had a dry/cynical sense of humor more interesting than a woman who was more bubbly. That said, I think enough as is and it would be nice to have a nice lady friend to shoot the breeze with, cuddle with if things get serious in the relationship (I hate the word cuddle. So cutesy. Love the activity, though.), maybe talk vidya games and so on with, and just help me get out of my shell and me get her out of her shell. And I'd die and go to heaven if this particular girl had an interest in the paranormal like I do (One of my "special interests". Strangely, my father was interested in it as well, so I don't know if I inherited that interest, if that's even possible. By the way, he was actually a Ph.D in Psychology. Very intelligent man.). I guess I'd like a lady who is polite, but not particularly warm and fuzzy, because that's not really the type of guy

Personal preferences: glasses are sort of a turn on for me. I also find women who are about my height attractive more attractive than women who are shorter. Women who are taller also appeal to me for some reason (I bet a shrink would have fun analyzing that particular preference, huh?). Longer hair (maybe shoulder length?) brown hair seems ideal. Freckles can be cute as well, although I don't know if I'd like it if somebody was just covered in freckles. Don't want to insult anybody with that complexion, as there are many men who do like it and it works on some women, as far as my own aesthetic preferences are concerned, but in general, I don't really dig it.

I also like a woman identifies more as gender neutral than she does "Male" or "Female" (which are nothing but constructs.), yet who can also look and dress feminine when she wants and isn't afraid to do so when the situation warrants it, just as I don't really care about looking manly, but occasionally like wearing a dress shirt or something formal (Which I think I look pretty good in. Have a purple button-up George shirt that I love). I don't believe in fixed gender roles and find them silly, so I prefer flexibility with respect to what a woman wears, or with respect to whether she wears make-up, whether she grooms the way a woman "should" (As long as she is somewhat hygienic.). That said, I'm guilty of a bit of a double standard, in that I'm weirded out by feminine men. I certainly respect the right of gay/bi men to express themselves, much the same way I'd expect them to respect my right to do the same, and I try and be tolerant and not bigoted with regard to the lifestyle choices people make, but I can't help that some things make me uncomfortable, I guess.

Sorry for the long post if anybody was pertubed. That's just my posting style, I suppose. Anyways, if there are any ladies who are interested in me (Haw-Haw[/Nelson]), feel free to shoot me off a PM and I'd be more than happy to talk with you.

I'm a 21yo male student in the UK, interested in meeting girls reasonably close to my own age. I'm quite tall and interested in finding someone who understands life as an Aspie, I've been formally diagnosed since my last visit here!

I won't bore you with lots of detail, but I'd be really happy to hear from and chat to anyone, anywhere, whether you want a relationship, or just to be friends! PM me and ask an interesting question!

Gonna write this down, finally, I guess. I'm pretty much incredibly un-popular with the ladies, it seems, so I should at least put myself out there.

As of this writing, I am 25 years old. I'm currently going to therapy to try to get my life together and find my drive back so I can get into the career I've always wanted, game design. I'm looking for a female. Any men will not get past the "friends" category, but you are welcome to try. 8)

I don't drive, though I can generally get around on my bike somewhat, even when out of shape. From there, Greyhound, bus or taxi are alternatives.

I'm pretty shallow, I suppose, despite my own appearance, so keep that in mind. I also need someone who understands and knows how to deal with someone with multiple disorders like I have, namely anxiety (The best cure is generally sticking around and doing fun stuff to make me laugh or suck me into wanting to do it, too, like a game or something.). Same with motivation. I would like to do things with my significant other, from cleaning house to working out and getting back into shape, as well as things that I'm into like video games, or games of multiple types, or even maybe martial arts or other things. I just believe that your spouse should also be the best friend.

I've got an OKCupid and PlentyOfFish profile. I don't remember it being against the rules, so I'll post them here.

http://www.pof.com/viewprofile.aspx?profile_id=51351989 < Plenty Of Fish profile.
You can find me on OKCupid by searching for "Zpyke." Not sure how to link to my profile itself.

If you want to contact me on WrongPlanet, though, please do so through PM. I don't think I'll check this thread that often.
Not sure if I forgot to write anything. Oh well. Check out my profile, and you can always get to know me more by talking to me. =D

Hi SUNSET. I'm from your region and I attend an Autism group fortnightly. Maybe it might benefit you to join us! Maybe you already go lol but if you want to do extra activities, meet new people and maybe find love just PM me and I'll give you group details.

Previous poster raises an interesting point. 205+ pages now. 200 pages worth of guys maybe 5 pages worth of women :( quite the ratio!

I'll do this again. I'm Anthony. I never had a girlfriend. I have Asperger's. I'm a senior studying math at UC Berkeley. I graduate in 2014. I am 6'1 and weigh 230 lbs. I live in California. I'm upper middle class. I'm extremely motivated and intelligent. In fact I'm gifted at math and many other things that I try. I'm definitely no genius or even close. I gained 50 lbs because medication I'm taking. I currently go to the gym. My obsessions are math and business. Please message me if interested. Thanks!

Hey all. I'm a 24 year old male from New York state. I am about 5'7", on the heavier side, have long, dark hair, a goatee and wear glasses. I have a wide range of interests, although I'm particularly fond of astrology, heavy metal, auteur theory in filmmaking, reading books (nonfiction: true crime, astrology, music, film, biographies) (fiction: fantasy, sci-fi, classic literature, and wherever Chuck Palahniuk fits in). I am a big foodie, although one might be able to guess this from my heft  I guess without a picture up I would say I look like a cross between Guillermo Del Toro and Gene Hoglan. If you know who those guys are, you're already on the road to making a fast pal with me. Oh yeah, I'm a musician as well. I play the drums (Pearl Export wine colored kit) and I play the bass guitar (have a Fender Precision bass and want a Rickenbacker 4001). I'd just like to meet people of either sex for friendship, but when it comes to dating I'm looking for something with a cool girl. I dig women of all shapes and sizes and as long as you have a good personality and sense of humor you're more than likely right up my alley. Oh yeah, and if you want to message me on here feel free to send me something. I also have a Facebook account as well that I like to use, pm me for details
