lol.....It's been a trend to seek love early since way back, like centuries ago. It used to be that most 12 to 13 year old girls had lost their virginity by that age actually. But it's changed a bit since way back then. A little less way back, people usuallysought wives at 17 or 18. You can't expect even a 10 year old not to worry about his or her "love life". My sister is in the 6th grade and she was talking about drama with her friend and her boyfriend, and my mother said, "What is a 6th grader doing with a boyfriend anyway?" Haha....

Sometimes i wish i was born in a slightly earlier era... at least one that only having one very short relationship would have been considered "normal"... I would have eventually come to terms with lifelong solitude, if only for the fact that people use that to undermine any self-worth that i would otherwise try to build up...

It's not a hard thing to do, just do it. I was really nervous when I kissed my first girlfriend, too, but after that I was fine.

I would say just kiss her. I mean she's probably thought about kissing you if its been 3 years. Try and make it romantic tho. She'll like that most likely

Kissing can be scary the first time but just start slow and simple with a simple peck until you get more comfortable with it.

My first girlfriend ever straight up kissed me right away, so i didn't even have time to react to the thought.

With my current girlfriend (2nd gf), well we didn't kiss right away, and yeah, there was kinda this tension, but once you first HAVE kissed, it's SO much easier.

Are you sure that she considers herself your girlfriend... and not just a friend that's a girl. After three years if I guy hadn't kissed me I wouldn't consider us romantically involved.... just buddies. Ask her if she says yes... close your eyes and just do it. It will come naturally. good luck.

Personally I dont see anything wrong with taking your time, if thats what you want to do. Its obvious that you dont want to wait any longer though, so do it. The way I see it is, if nothing else, you at least got the courage to do what you wanted.

As for me, I think kissing on the mouth is over rated, and kissing with a lot of tongue grosses me out.

Mouldy, you have nothing to worry about at all, im 18 years old almost 19, about a month ago i kissed a girl on the mouth for the first time in my life, i was straight up and honest with her and told her i didnt know how to kiss, so we practiced, boy let me tell you, after the 2nd or 3rd "practice session" i feel like i became a freakin expert, trust me its very easy to do you will catch on very quickly.

Yeah i think i would get the hang of it its not that thats buggin me much its the length of time we have been going out 3 years is long for a pair who are dating but on the other hand better late than never
