this. Aspie Affection is too much of a f**** right now, it needs a new CMS and a better database system.

But it's also demographics. Aspie men tend to show their social deficiencies more than aspergirls. What can be seen as cute in an aspergirl is seen as odd and scary in a asperguy.

who made/runs that site any way?

Alex. I'm not a fan of this forum's CMS either. vBulletin seems a lot less clunky than phpBB or UBB.

at least this site dose not spontaneously jump from regular view to garbled code

1. We're often less superficial than NT girls.
2. We're less likely to bore you out with boring interests like shopping, gossip, make-up etc
3. We don't ask meaningless questions like 'what are you thinking?'.
4. We have great bodies, well i do anyway 8)

"what are you thinking?" I don't really mind, "what were you thinking?" is the one that I have a hard time with.

So far, Aspie girls seem to have some significant advantages over their NT rivals... sweet

Legos are more fun than dating.

Dating is a waste of money and time.

I can have more fun playing in the
garden.

I built a snowasaurus rex last week
it was great, try having that kind of
fun of "dating".

I'd have to disapoint them, they'd
expect stuff from me I am not
going to give them.

Ask me for a diamond and they
will get a handful of snow, or mudm
or --- A BOOGER!! !

No dating for me thanks, unless
the rules suddenly switch over
and then I find myself being asked
to have a burping contest, or to come
out and play in the rain, or go looking
for toads and/or tadpoles in the river,
now That's Dating in Tiggerville.

Boy gives girl a toad, Girl gives
boy some bugs like cicadas or
lightning bugs, and its a date!

you're a guy? If so, I'd go on burping date in the rain with you, then we could go catch tadpoles =]

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Unfortunately we can also apparently come across like the band camp geek from American Pie... "This one time at larping..."

But yes - generally we are utterly fabulous. :D

It's kind of a catch 22...we'd love to meet other people, but we'd rather sit in our rooms and enjoy our solitude...

Ha ha.

I hate that question...I don't know what kind of answer they expect me to give ("Just thinking about you" maybe?) but I'm always like "Uh, you probably don't want to know the truth..." so I just say "Nothing much." instead.

Sometimes if they're in a good mood, I'll humor them and say "Well, you remember that one episode of Seinfeld? The one where they had the pool table but the room was too small to play it in?" =D

yeah there's just something about AS in general that brings out the worst in most people
maybe its because I am embarrassed because of it myself, or I've just met some real douchebags with AS in the past
I don't actively look for these people, but they seem to find me all the same

Great positive image you spread about people with AS there. Alot of people with AS struggle with social skills and don't know how to act in alot of socail situations. This makes them come off like that. They can't help it. accept it. When people like you put a label on everyone with AS it does not help anyone.

I have AS too, I don't have to like them, no one can make someone like anyone
I don't have to accept something just because you tell me to
if I don't want to be with someone with AS, thats my choice
