I have made several efforts to understand someone else´s point of view, I think that if I do this regularly and do it right I´d have an easier time understanding what went wrong in my next social failure and hopefully be able to sort things out with the other person.
I have also started looking for some things that may help with my social anxiety(somehow ended up on a IM conversation about my confidence issues with someone that had gone through something similar and she said that there are several things that could help so Im looking into the alternatives at the moment, trying to see which one seems like it would be more suitable).
spongy, that's GREAT!
Been avoiding my issues for too long/spending too much time online and I would like to get back on track soon but my fear of approaching others is making things hard and someone mentioned that this could be worked upon so I figured that it wont hurt to give it a try with an open mind.
Just woke up so unless working on your latest project at 6 am counts(dont normally do this but was approached with some interesting info and I just had to do some research on this information)I havent done much.
