A bistro is typically a cafe-style restaurant in a metropolitan area. Bistros are usually a little more upscale than a run-of-the-mill cafe though.

Personally, I liked "Bistro" better, but I guess I'm not helping. (I see why people become dictators, now.)

Well, representative democracy is a bit more like giving them an automated voice message system to select a number for the option they want, no hope of a human operator or customer service, and ideally no viable mailbox to hear them bang their fists on the table and curse when the option they want isn't given. It was truly and genuinely brilliant in terms of bringing us the best of both worlds. :lol:
