That's true, I forget some men watch his show

I don't watch it but my mom does & I overhear it sometimes. I tend to think he's kind of an ass. Listen to this song http://www.thefump.com/fump.php?id=1409
However i do agree with him about the step parent thing based on the single parents I've known.
They had lots of drama with them & a lot of the single moms were taking advantage of guys like my cousin for example. She's a single mom of two kids & she dated a guy very seriously for a while who was more of a dad to her kids & he really got screwed over by her. She b!tched him about about how he was not their real dad whenever he made any kind of parenting suggestion. He was stuck bringing them & picking them up from their real dad & missing work to bring em to the doc when they were sick & lots of other stuff.

It is amazing how sex-starved some men are that they would put up with that sorta horses**t.

He was not with her for the sex. He was a really sweet guy who grew to really care about the kids but he eventually kicked her out of his family's house because he got tired of doing half the parental work & not having any actual input with her kids. The single moms I've known from work also had lots of drama & were using guys.

So basically, all single mothers are bitchy users.

I'll remember that the next time I see my guy.

I NEVER said that. What I did say was that a lot of the 1s I've known from work were. I love how members here intentionally misinterpret stuff trying to start arguments.

I'm sorry I got confused sense it wasn't quoted & mine was the last one before yours. I've had my wording get misinterpreted like that on other forums a lot & I've seen it happen to some members here. I'm distracted & annoyed at this facebook toolbar

Yeah sorry. I should have quoted his ridiculous post on page 2.

you did say that stepdads get screwed over a lot, which isn't really fair either. i wouldn't say that they get screwed over more than any other group including stepmoms (or single mothers or single fathers, for that matter).

Mainly because a) I don't like children and wouldn't want to be looking after someone else's kids and b) I want to lessen the risk of being someone else's dogsbody. No thanks.

If it was a more casual thing I probably wouldn't say 'no', though. Again, it's all down to circumstances.

It's kewl. You were probably somewhat distracted by the toolbar too. I should probably avoid posting for a little bit & see if this goes away.
I ignore his post or chuckle at them.

You are rite about that. Perhaps I should of said something like~ Having kids involved in a relationship tends to make things more complicated all around. It's easier when there aren't any kids involved.

The toolbar is definitely distracting and irritating. I usually ignore RICKY5's ridiculous womanizing.

that is very well-worded, actually. having kids involved really does complicate things, i completely agree.

That toolbar is destroying the forum!

i like the toolbar. it's pretty. you can click the arrow to mostly-minimise it (it turns into a tiny sidebar).
