I think the OP looks nice

He looks young, relatively attractive and a bit vulnerable - a typical aspie look in fact

There isn't much point in asking people online for their views on how you look as some people take great pleasure in tearing others down however they look and also peoples' tastes vary a lot
so you won't get an objective viewpoint.

Human interaction is about a lot more than how you look - I'd say kindness and humour are the most important things a person needs.

I will say that I think you are one of the type of guys that would look better with facial hair. It might not be possible at your age but I think a stubble would benefit you greatly.

Also start hitting the weights and eating every two hours, tuna, sardines, eggs, chicken, fish, pasta, potatoes, protein shakes.

I suggest you buy Joe Weider's Ultimate Bodybuilding.

two things.
1- that demidiet actually sounds bad for you. Especially with such extreme surplus of protein. If anything 1 protein shake before a workout is more than needed by 99% of people working out. Any extra is usually disposed of.
2- not everyone wants to look like a bodybuilder or be a bodybuilder. Most are perfectly happy being lean/skinny. And thats before we come to talk about female perceptions of huge guys.

Agreed

I don't like people who are obsessed with the gym or big muscles; I just like people to be themselves.

I'd take a chubby person who is intelligent and funny over a perfect-looking muscle-bound boring person any day

People obsessed with attaining the body beautiful can often be very dull; they often lack wit or humour

diff b/w being obsessed with the gym/big muscles and not wanting to look like a wimp. Right now he looks fragile, if he wanted to look ''fit'' you wouldnt like him? How ignorant lol. So you don't like me because i lift weights instead of smoking weed/doing drugs?

No, he looks like someone who doesnt care about impressing others and is genuine to himself. He doesnt need weights or drugs.

If you use this calculator, it will tell you that 1.5 to 2 grams of protein is sufficient and it has been proven in studies that eating two hours a day is recommended, especially if you are a hard gainer or ectomorph which this guy is.

Sure, younger women might like the Justin Bieber look but older women prefer a built guy.

I'm not keen on you because you often say nasty things. That has nothing to do with how you look. You look ok but your personality ruins the effect. If you were kinder and didn't say hurtful things i'd probably like you. The being fit thing doesn't impact on me really. I'm overweight myself so a fit person would make me feel I needed to make more effort to look fitter which I cant be bothered to do plus fit people usually want other fit people so we don't usually come into contact anyway. There is a person I used to see who is very toned but a bit underweight. I prefer the person I do see who is chubby/a bit overweight like me. I think it's got a lot to do with how a person looks themself ie gym goers like other gym goers and people who prefer to read and watch TV like the same too.

Another stereotypical and biased comment from you on judging people by their looks.

Judging people by my experience. Saying I prefer people with wit and humour to having muscles is opposite of judging on looks isn't it? or do you mean I have an anti-lookist stance?

Every poster here talks from their own experience
This means I have to put up with comments about the evil women several times a week and you may get to hear a girl speaking from her own experience once a week as well

If any of you have issues with this I encourage you to stop looking at this section because things are unlikely to change

The same could be said about anyone, you could say "blondes are ditzy" or "good looking people aren't intelligent". It is easy to make a biased stereotypical comment based on your experience, let me ask you, how many bodybuilder type guys have you dated?

None; as I stated above they prefer their own type and so do I, so it's a non-starter. I have had acquaintances who were into it though and they weren't of sexual interest to me.

I don't 'date' either. My whole lifestyle is non-standard issue.

Ill rephrase that for others to read easier. He says you need 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound you weigh. What it doesnt talk about is that the body uses a lot more than just protein, and focusing on just protein or any of the other things alone will result in a terrible diet and performance. Almost more important are carbs, and fats. Especially when you're burning a shedload of calories working out. Theres a reason most athletes eat pasta. It contains a lot of complex carbs and can be mixed with things that have other ingredients. Also, on the eating every two hours thing, that is recomended for a general well being, not for bodybuilding. Its a way to get food processed more slowly throughout the day, not a way to eat more. Hunger is not like the gas gauge on a car. And saying someone is an ectomorph when he doesnt work out to show what bodytype he has comes off as a bad guess.

From the picture i saw this guy is young so...
but lets for the sake of your point say we are talking older women. They want a guy that is "cut", like this here.
Image
At the filming of that movie he was just 155lbs for someone 6ft tall. Why did women of all ages go nuts for him? He looks like he has muscle.

compare that to arnie who was around 230lbs in competitions (260 normally) and 6'2"
Image
the people who admired him were men, they liked how big and strong he looked. Women still prefered brad pitt.

No, Brad Pitt has a nice face - that is the main reason women like him, not his muscles.
