The only thing of importance is to be attracted to each other. Nothing else matters what looks regards, really. Besides, many NT's think well of breast-implants, tattoos, piercings, etc.. Looks is really a subjective thing.

I saw some here who are into piercings and tattoos, in fact they're common here.

As for breast-implants, one female user was thinking of doing it very recently (and most probably she will do it)!

it was merely to give an example, not to be very specific about who loves what. The point is that if two people are attracted to each other, then that's great! Nothing else matters in that regard.
