The main reason I'd ask is to make sure they weren't in a relationship,but they could lie about it.
I'm single because I was in a bad relationship and I do have some major trust issues,I don't want to be used.Or get physically abused.I've been celibate for a long time because of this.
None of the men in my area that asked me out have anything in common with me.
One date that turned into a comic disaster.
I wouldn't even know where to look,or how to flirt anyhow.
Just call me tupperware,I've locked the freshness in :lol:
And I'm most likely sorta weird which makes me self conscious and maybe not such a good catch either.

I asked a girl out to a show(which I went to alone last night like a champion) and she asked this, among other things. I took it literally and said I am single because I am not in a relationship, thus I carry the label "SINGLE AS F**K" and she didn't think that was a good answer. Then she demanded I add her on facebook(clearly, so she could look around and find out what's WRONG with me or something) and I ended up telling her she was being too pushy.

She sent me a text this morning saying we got off on the wrong foot. I think I ruined my chances with her when I replied "You mean the foot you kept sticking in your mouth?"

She didn't think that was funny. I did. And I am still half giggling because I'm a dork who laughs at my own jokes.

I'm single because I'm considered ugly and I'm also obese and girls just don't want to date or let alone have sex with someone like me.

Personally I blame my genetics on my inability to attract the girls I want and the bad news is that you can't fix bad genetics.

I'm single because I have not fulfilled my goals and perhaps for the best I steer clear of relationships now until I have at least accomplished some of them.

Yea, but toasters find it hard to come by as STDs are the last thing you have to worry about with them.
