I've experimented with all kinds of weight in my time. My last ex famously said once: you look hotter when you are skinnier, but the sex feels better when you have more weight on.
I think this is probably true for many. You just have to decide whether you are more bothered about what the thing looks like or what it feels like

Too much weight on a man can soften the pelvic region and decrease the stimulation provided to the clitorus. Decreasing the pleasure of traditional sex. Likewise, too much weight on a woman can "pad the stimulus region, desensitizing it to standard methods. I'll agree that more feminine" fluff" (to an extent) makes it more pleasant for the male, but at what cost to the female?

Of course all women sleep wearing heels,and they wake up with a perfect hair do,makeup, and no bad breath. 
Sometimes their breasts even grow during the night.
