Straight guys: does the length of the hair matter?
You have a choice of dating one of two woman.
The first woman has a great personality, and a beautiful face and body, but she shaves her head.
The second woman has an alright personality, almost too boring for your taste, but she has a nice face and beautiful long hair. Which woman would you choose?

Yes, this is a very shallow topic, but I'm quite curious.

Hair length can be VERY important with certain
faces. A very delicate face looks great, with short
or no hair. One which is less so might end up looking
really wrong. My wife looked bland with short hair,
but was quite pretty with it long.

No chance in hell that I'd choose boring though.

impressive than any mere scavenger.

Though, pumas and cheetahs are more
beautiful.

Lots of times, when guys get flirty with me, one of the first features they compliment me on is my hair.

I honestly don't tend to fall for a male for looks first, but I have to confess to liking long hair on a male if he has the right features to carry it off. :)

When I met my wife, she asked me to please refrain from getting my hair cut. I agreed, on the condition that she'd do the same.

A decade or so later, I've had to trim hers many times so that she wouldn't pull it when she sat on it, but mine refuses to get past waist level. And when she was pregnant, hers grew at maybe an inch and a half a month.

Women definitely have some sort of hormonal advantage.

I wonder why your hair grew so much
while your wife was knocked up.

I don't really have a type. I used to think I did... but I was proven wrong so many times I just gave up on trying to define the things I like. So, I don't judge by individual characteristics. It's how everything comes together that matters. It needs to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

A slight preference for either very short or very long. However, all styles of hair (including no hair at all) can be beautiful in the right circumstances, or with the right person--a certain hairstyle would never be a deal-breaker.. Same for any aspect of appearance.

I like girls with weird coloured hair. I like someone on my course with purple hair...

Whereas other men are "leg" men, "breast" men, or "butt" men, referring to their female-part fixations, I've always been a "hair" man. Nonetheless, I've tended to look at hair less over the years, and look at the more permanent features of a woman. From least-changeable to most: personality, face, and body. However, to me, the head shaving thing may have more significance than just appearance. Shorter hair (not to mention no hair) can emphasize the breasts a little more, but then again, longer hair can frame them, as well as her face.

I tell ya, it's a hard life for us guys -- er, women-likers.
(Gotcha covered, Sopho!)
