whats up with that ?

I take myself seriously. I think everyone should take themselves seriously.

Well thats really great. You know the unexamined life is not worth living. It gives me joy in my heart to know that people like you are around. So life-forms like me who are not lucky enough to be so highly evolved as yourself can show me the truth.
Ive realised the errors of my ways, im much more than a trophy.

nothing but insults as usual

So you want you the deleted posts back up or not ?
It's a direct question.

as for your sense of humour Lukewarm, we can all see it (and your other perversions) in this thread:
http://www.wrongplanet.net/modules.php? ... &start=270

Now, you may be friends with moderators who do you favours by deleting your insults and other nonsense. But there is also self-policing, and im telling you, "you're out of order."
You think im the only one saying it ?
Swing from the chandeliers: you are a disgrace preacherman.

Thing is, I can understand being all happy and gleeful about having a boyfriend, but there's a point where bragging about the relationship overcomes the relationship itself. Plus, it's disrespectful to single people who can't get a date as hard as they try.

That's why I need my Saviour. You're a disgrace too, but you don't have that safety net. I admit my faults, while you stand in judgment of them. It is written that "By your own judgments will you be judged" by God. You fault me for not being perfect; let's hope you are.

I agree. Couples need to be mindful of people around them. It's the height of inconsiderate, I think, for a couple do to what I once saw: standing on a high ledge outside a busy restaurant, frenching their hearts out. The intent was to be a specticle. I can see the point of not being ashamed to be publicly in love, but, I still think we all have a certain basic responsibility to our society.

(For those in this thread who don't yet know, I need to give a disclaimer for my pal Kosmonaut: As in the above example, he routinely makes up statements, and then arranges them to look like someone else said them. Also, I appologize for responding to his attacks in this thread.)

(nothing but puts it inside parenthesis)

Im not your pal, Lukewarm: id rather make friends with insects.
You're still having problems with the direct question. It's funny you can't answer it.
I'll assume it's a no. Because if you did want them back up, then we would see who was attacking whom. You stink of fear preacherman, and your ability to dodge straightforward direct questions shows your cowardice.

"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spew you out of my mouth. You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked."

This thread seems odd because when chicks say I HAVE A BOYFRIEND on these sites, the primary reason is to avoid unwanted attention from single guys hitting on them. It really has very little to do with bragging at all. If you were a good looking blonde on MySpace you would be getting spammed by single guys all day long unless you make it clear that you are already taken. I really can't fathom that it goes much deeper than that.

Oh, I don't have a problem with that. There's a difference between a disclaimer of "I have a boyfriend," or a status of "In a relationship," and being SO vocal about it that it seems like it's boasting.

Perhaps some of them are using their boyfriends to increase their social status and give their e-boobs a boost in size, however there are huge numbers of people not doing this. Also if you do not like the general culture of a particular website, then there are plenty of others to choose from where the norms are more in line with what you find acceptable. It's really not worth getting worked up over.
