What exactly do you mean by that?
In the context of Russian culture, the rooster is the lowest class prisoner. Some of them get raped while others just clean toilets; but they are all living separately from other prisoners and they are untouchables: if anyone touches them they become a rooster as well. They are also that way for life -- if they go to a different prison they have to announced they are roosters -- or else they will find out anyway, due to the communication between prisons, in which case they might be tortured or even killed for not telling people they are roosters -- thus defiling them through handshakes when they didn't know they were doing handshake with a rooster. In order to become a rooster one has to do some serious violation of prison ethics -- such as collaborating with authorities, stealing of their own, not paying off card debt, etc; apart from that, everyone who was arrested for crimes related to rape or paedophilia become roosters automatically; all passive gays become roosters as well -- although active gays don't become roosters, instead they are taking sexual services from the roosters themselves (as weird as it is, its okay to have sex with a rooster, yet its not okay to shake their hand).
In any case, in the context of Russia, prison concepts leaked into the free world, so to call Russian a rooster is a grave offense.
But you are not from Russia, you are from Beirut. So did you mean the same thing as Russians mean, or what did you mean?
